i want to give a report about a marketing plan to the lasik eye surgey center that i work in. can someone give some ideas. some offers that we can give that can attract customers. please give me helpfull ideas
You will need to gather the following data,
1) Potential Market Size .. get statistics
2) Spending power of potential target market .. how much are they willing to spend and if they can have benefectors or insurance for the surgery.
3) What your potential market like and dislike ..
4) location of your clinic, transport,parking ect.
5) Competitors and what are they doing to attract the patients and how much they charge.
6) Know your overheads and cost .
7) How much you have before you run out of capital and how long can you wait before the business really picks up.
Payment collection from the customers..
Analyse that on a SWOT table. Peruse every detail then you may come up with a tactic or strategy to win your customers.
All the ideas here may work for short term but it may not be good for long term without analysing the above.
Usually once you have collected all the data from the above the solution or idea of a marketing tactic or strategy can come easily.
It is good to have a dream and work it but you may need to be really ready to face all the challenges. remember that any ideas that you think of can and will be copied i not bettered by your competitors. So when you are ready to go fishing for clients, cover all bases and go all out!

You want to target middle age to older people. So they can actually "see" their grand kids grew up. Buy one get one free, or a spousal discount. grandparents day (give those with grandkids a discount). ect.

you can hire a famous celebrity on your country that has eye problem. i suggest a female celebs because women are more concern about health and appearance and woman has an image of soft creatures ( to proof that the surgery don’t hurt at all ). then do the surgery for free but ask her to do a testimony.

You dont write the the ways you attract customers in mkting plan. Mkting plan is rolled out from the top of the organizantion. So it just should have tha abstract details. Dont give the specific details. However you can say you would attract customers by building up the brand image and brand trust. You can sya you will be rolling out arketing programs like rewarding the referals, print ads, sponsoring the events that would lead to brand awareness and enhance brand image.
