should one do lasik or even wave front surgey if i m 18yrs of age?
my degree for glasses is -3.25 for each eye and has been this way for a year. i believe some doctors recommend one to wait till the age of 21.

yes probably, wait until your 21 and then you can be safe, well as safe as you can get with eye surgery

Doctor’s recommend this for a reason. Your eyes do not stop changing until at least age 21. Listen to them, or you will have the surgery and still may need glasses in the future.
