i got this done … i got this done today, no pain at all. slight pressure. very weird tho not seeing anything but halos of light when the corneal flap is removed. whole procedure from taping eyelids back doin the laser work till pulln tape off took about 3 mins per eye. eyes were a lil dry and irritated a few days after but i can now see better then i saw with glasses. cost 4200

Keon Nia and the … Keon Nia and the rest of the docs at LasikMD are the worst of them all, they are the bargain basement lasik company. A bunch of newly graduated technicians who work on commision doing whatever they can to sell to anybody. they don’t care who they hurt and the opthamologists that work for them and are doing procedures without actually examining the patient themselves are completely unethical, money thats all they care about.
get contacts, if … get contacts, if the ones you have now bother get a different kind even if you have to pay 1000′s for them they are better then getting lasik and messing your eyes up forever.
lasik will mess you up to some degree no matter who does it, some people worse then others, some can live with this some have a very very hard time.
some of it, yes. … some of it, yes. But it looks like I’ll have to do a retouch because I’ve had some regression .. priceless to live w/o glasses though.
i depends how bad … i depends how bad your eyes are. maybe her eyes (prescription) was really high. therefore, higher price. if you have a lower prescription than it’s of course cheaper.. i’m doing it on tues and it’s cosing 2,000 =_=
and for people who … and for people who don’t have insurance in this blasted country.. this procedure can safe them hundred of dollars on glass prescriptions and contact lenses. coz my lenses cost over $100 with insurance.. can you imagine without? that’s what i’m talking about.
honestly, you MIGHT … honestly, you MIGHT have some truth to what you’re saying but it totally depends on the doctor.. maybe you had it done with a crappy doctor but if you have the right doctor… it goes fine. you just like to scare people… i guess. kind of sad really. honestly, thousands of people have done it already including my sister and she’s not blind and she says it changed her life. all those people are fine. of course it could go wrong but that’s the doctors fault then..

It doesn’t heal …
It doesn’t heal completely. Thats why if the Doctors want to do a touch up.. they don’t have to cut again.. they just move the flap.
