Moving to RIchmond, VA soon and thinking of whether doing the sugery before going over or doing it over there. Heard it is quite cheap in the States. Thanks..

I did an evaluation and the doctor says that my eyes are too small and may beed to slit the side open a bit, anyone has such an experience before.

that would depend on the insurance that you get when you go to USA and then the policy of the insurance carrier, it can not be predicted before hand, good luck
