I would think that a couple times wouldn't make that much of a difference in the test results...but, I'm not a doctor either. Let your doctor know what issues you've been having. Wearing the contacts has the potential of changing your eye even slightly. They don't tell you not to do it because they want you to suffer. There is serious medical reasons not to.
